What time are check in and check out?

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, every day, ready to welcome you. Check-in is guaranteed starting from 14:00. Check-out is until 11:30 a.m. Please infrom reception if you are planning to check in after 20:00. You can ask reception to anticipate your check-in or postpone your check-out (depending on room availability). Our guests are free to leave their luggage at reception (storage room) before check-in or after check-out.

Can I connect to the internet inside the hotel?

Yes, a PC with free high-speed Internet access is always available to guests in the hotel lobby, and a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection is also available (in all rooms and public areas), just ask for a password at reception.

Is it possible to rent a car?

Cancellations and penalties

Cancellations can be made at no additional cost up to 10 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline, your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay. In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Early departures must be notified by 14.00 hours on the day before departure. The cancellation terms listed above are valid for bookings up to a maximum of 2 rooms. For bookings of 3 or more rooms these terms must be agreed with the hotel. Cancellations or changes to existing bookings can only be made by fax to +39 0584 49483, or by sending an email to [email protected]. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the card by requesting pre-authorisation of the amount of the first night to the card holder.

Where can I park my car?

In the town of Viareggio there are only public pay car parks and around the hotel it is possible to park by using the permits (for hotel guests) at a reduced rate of Euro 6.00 per day. The hotel has an affiliated garage nearby (opening hours 07:30 - 21:30), the daily rate for the garage service starts from Euro 20.00 (depending on the size of the vehicle) and reservation is required.
